2007 Junior Golf Program Information (2nd Session)

Junior Golf Clinic – 2nd Session
July 18th - August 8th

The Willow Creek Junior Golf Program Meets On Wednesdays

On Course Instruction

7:30 – 9:30 Wednesdays
(Students meet at Golf Course Clubhouse)

The first week there will be an on course demonstration of golf
course play and etiquette. Students will not play golf, however students should bring their clubs to use at the driving range.

Instruction at Driving Range
9:30 – 11:00 Wednesdays
(Pick up students at Driving Range)

Students will be taught the basic fundamentals of the golf swing.
They will also learn rules and etiquette so they will be able to go out onto the golf course.

Skills Competition

The last day, August 8th, at the Range will be a skills competition with awards afterwards. There will be a chipping, putting, and driving contest along with a knowledge test. All parents are invited to attend and cheer on
their Junior Golfer. Following the competition we will offer lunch with an awards ceremony. All golfers will meet
at 9:00 A.M. at the range on this day.

In case of inclement weather please call 30 minutes ahead for information.

Willow Creek Junior Golf is a FUN way for kids ages 5-17 to develop their golfing skills.
Classes meet on Wednesdays. Golf will be played at Willow Creek Golf Course for 2 hours, starting
at 7:30 am. At 9:30, we go to the driving range for 1.5 hours of golf instruction.


All participants also receive a Junior Golf T-Shirt and extra FREE rounds of golf to play with parents or adults at Willow Creek
